Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Due to the fact that the majority of my rings are custom made to order.

I do not accept exchanges

What is your warranty on stones?
I guarantee all my work and replace missing gemstones within one year of purchase. If there is damage to the setting this will void the warranty.
You the customer are responsible for shipping the item to Bobbi’s Jeweller for repair. Have questions? Send me an message.
What if I ordered the wrong ring size can you adjust them?
Yes, I offer a resizing service after purchase for a small fee of $30 Canadian. You the customer are responsible for paying this sizing fee and shipping the ring back to Bobbi’s Jeweller for resizing. Need help with sizing? Checkout my sizing chart! Also feel free to message me if you need help.
Do you offer custom work?
Yes, I absolutely love creating special one of a kind pieces. Send me a message
With your ideas, timeline and budget and we will go from there. I often draw up a few designs for you to choose from to get the vision started.
Will I have to pay duty or VAT?
Sometimes custom fees are applied.
It has been my experience that most of my shipments to the United States and International destinations have cleared without any further fees. It is your responsibility as a customer to understand and pay for any duties or VAT charges that maybe applied.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
