Every piece is handcrafted with care, and processing times vary depending on the item. Please check individual product listings for estimated production times.
Estimated Delivery Times
• North America: 4-7 business days
• International: 10-15 business days
While I do my best to meet these estimates, I cannot guarantee delivery times, as delays may occur due to postal service disruptions or customs processing.
Customs & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, I have no control over customs delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Because most of my rings are made to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

What is your warranty on gemstones?
I stand by my craftsmanship and guarantee all work for one year from the date of purchase. If a gemstone is lost within this time, I will replace it free of charge.
⚠️Note: This warranty is void if there is damage to the setting.

What if I ordered the wrong ring size? Can it be adjusted?
Yes! I offer resizing services after purchase.
