Processing Time

Every piece is handcrafted with care, and processing times vary depending on the item. Please check individual product listings for estimated production times.

Estimated Delivery Times

• North America: 4-7 business days

• International: 10-15 business days

While I do my best to meet these estimates, I cannot guarantee delivery times, as delays may occur due to postal service disruptions or customs processing.

Customs & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, I have no control over customs delays.

*As of August 29, 2025, the United States will begin applying import duties to all shipments, regardless of value. For jewellery, this is usually a small percentage of your order total. Please be aware that your carrier may also collect a modest processing fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most of my rings are made to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

That said, I truly want you to love your piece! If you have any issues, please reach out - I’m always happy to help.

What is your warranty on gemstones?

I stand by my craftsmanship and guarantee all work for one year from the date of purchase. If a gemstone is lost within this time, I will replace it free of charge.

⚠️Note: This warranty is void if there is damage to the setting.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to me for repair. If you need assistance, send me a message.

What if I ordered the wrong ring size? Can it be adjusted?

Yes! I offer resizing services after purchase.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping.

• To begin the resizing process, send me a message.

* International Customers (outside of Canada): If you are returning a ring for sizing, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon re-entry into Canada. These fees must be paid in full before I can begin the resizing process.
