At Bobbi’s Jeweller, Erynn specializes in handcrafted bespoke custom jewellery to celebrate life’s most important moments. Whether it’s creating unique engagement rings, wedding bands, or reusing materials from a family heirloom to design something new, every piece is infused with sentimental value.
One of the most special aspects of a bespoke piece is the personal connection—not only do you know who made it, but you’re part of the creative process. Erynn works with you every step of the way to bring a one-of-a-kind design to life, representing your unique personality and style. Each bespoke commission is different, and that’s what we love about them.
1 - The Process
The bespoke journey usually begins with a chat via email so Erynn can understand your vision. You don’t need to have a clear design in mind—feel free to share any reference images or ideas for inspiration. Erynn will guide you through various design and material options. If you’re local, you can also book an in-person showroom appointment to discuss your custom piece.
2 - The Design Process
Once the design direction is clear, Erynn will create a selection of ideas and sketches, which will be shared with you via email. We can arrange a consultation either in person or via email to discuss the designs in more detail. Based on your feedback, the designs will be refined, and you’ll choose from the final selection. To begin the crafting process, a 75% deposit is required.
3 - Crafting
Your bespoke piece will be meticulously crafted using traditional techniques in Erynn’s studio. Throughout the process, you’ll receive progress updates and photos from the bench. Keep in mind that bespoke pieces take time to create—anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity. Please reach out as early as possible, especially during busier times when multiple commissions may affect turnaround times.
4 - Completion
Once the piece is complete, we will send photos for your approval. You may collect your jewelry in person, or we can carefully package and ship it to you.
We offer complementary ring sizing and guarantee all of our work for one year, including the replacement of any lost gemstones during that time.
